    A. Policy Officer (PO)

    Responsibility:
    Create policies and regulations relating to Human Resources, and review of the provision itself.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum S1 from the PTN / PTS accreditation of A or B and a minimum GPA of 3.00
    • Experience in the same field at least 3 years
    • Maximum age 35 years

    B. Performance Management Officer (PMO)

    Responsibility:
    Create, implement and maintain the Sharia BRI employee performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum S1 from the PTN / PTS accreditation of A or B and a minimum GPA of 3.00
    • Experience in the same field at least 3 years
    • Maximum age 35 years

    C. HR Representative (HRR)
    (Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Balikpapan)

    Responsibility:
    Recruitment process, both for position and Mass Pro Hire Recruit, as well as agent / representative for HCM policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum S1 from the PTN / PTS accreditation of A or B and a minimum GPA of 3.00

    Responsibility:

    Qualifications:

    • Precedence Bachelor of Law from the PTN / PTS accreditation of A or B and a minimum GPA of 3.00
    • Experience in the same field at least 3 years
    • Maximum age 35 years

    F. Operations Manager (MO)

    Responsibility:
    Coordinate the implementation of banking operations at branch offices, and ability to handle the existing problems.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum education S1, preferably from Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management and Banking, PTN / PTS A or B accreditation minimum GPA of 3.00
    • Experience in the field of banking operations at least 7 years and 3 years including as the Assistant Operations Manager
    • Maximum age 35 years

    G. Account Officer (AO Selindo)

    Responsibility:
    Conduct marketing activities and maintain the financing of the work.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum education S1, preferably from Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management and Banking, PTN / PTS A or B accreditation minimum GPA of 3.00
    • Experience in the same field at least 3 years
    • Maximum age 30 years
