TECHNICAL OFFICER - EKONOMI (RE-DIIKLANKAN)

Sekretariat ASEAN mencari kandidat yang berkualitas untuk mengisi jabatan Technical
Officer - Ekonomi bawah Koordinasi Perencanaan Strategis & Divisi.

Fungsi Posisi

ASEAN berkomitmen untuk bekerja menuju pencapaian tujuan daerah
integrasi melalui pembentukan Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (AEC) oleh
2015. Tujuan ini dioperasionalkan melalui tindakan di bawah Cetak Biru AEC dan
terkait inisiatif. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, AEC memandang berikut empat kunci
karakteristik pendekatan: (a) pasar tunggal dan basis produksi, (b)
sangat kompetitif ekonomi daerah, (c) daerah ekonomi yang merata
pembangunan, dan (d) daerah terintegrasi ke dalam ekonomi global.
Dalam pelaksanaan berbagai perjanjian ekonomi yang merupakan
arsitektur dari AEC, Negara-negara Anggota ASEAN berkomitmen untuk Cetak Biru AEC
dan didukung oleh Pemerintah Australia melalui ASEAN-Australia
Program Kerjasama Pembangunan (AADCP) II. Posisi ini didukung oleh AADCP
II.

Tujuan dari Departemen AEC adalah memimpin dan mengelola pelaksanaan
Cetak Biru AEC dan inisiatif terkait. Departemen AEC dibagi menjadi a)
Integrasi Pasar Direktorat, dan b) Keuangan, Industri & Infrastruktur
Direktorat. Posisi ini melapor kepada Perencanaan Strategis dan Koordinasi
Divisi (SPCD) dan akan bekerja sama dengan Departemen AEC.

AADCP II bantuan diberikan melalui proyek-proyek individu yang mendukung
kegiatan khusus dirancang untuk mencapai tujuan dipilih dari Cetak Biru tersebut.
Di bawah koordinasi SPCD, proyek tersebut teridentifikasi oleh badan sektoral
dan dikembangkan oleh petugas di dua Direktorat di bawah Departemen AEC.
Proyek dukungan baik penyediaan riset ekonomi dan kebijakan atau saran
regional mekanisme pelaksanaan dan pengembangan kapasitas. Setelah persetujuan
Bersama dengan AADCP II Komite Perencanaan dan Koordinasi, proyek diimplementasikan
oleh Negara Anggota ASEAN, kerja tubuh atau oleh perusahaan konsultan independen atau
individu.

Dalam mendukung Perencanaan Strategis dan Koordinasi Divisi, luas
fungsi dari posisi ini adalah untuk:
1. Mendukung AADCP II ekonom senior untuk membantu Asisten Direktur
Perencanaan Strategis dan Koordinasi Divisi bekerja sama dengan Departemen AEC
pada pelaksanaan Cetak Biru AEC.
2. Mendukung AADCP II ekonom senior untuk memberikan kebijakan tingkat tinggi dan
saran dan rekomendasi teknis sesuai dengan Cetak Biru AEC.
3. Menjamin pembangunan yang efektif, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program
dan / atau proyek-proyek untuk mendukung AEC, khususnya yang di bawah AADCP II.
4. Pastikan penyebaran informasi yang efektif, komunikasi dan pelaporan.

Detil Tanggung Jawab Fungsi Kunci

1. Memberikan dukungan kepada Ekonom Senior sehubungan dengan masalah yang berhubungan dengan
kebijakan ekonomi dan riset untuk Kelompok Sub-Committees/Working relevan.
2. Mendukung Ekonom Senior dalam penyusunan makalah latar belakang, celana, laporan,
dan update dan memberikan masukan substantif tentang kebijakan ekonomi dan
penelitian dan mekanisme pelaksanaan AEC regional dan kapasitas
hal.
3. Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan dan memberikan dukungan yang diperlukan untuk
identifikasi, pengembangan, implementasi dan pemantauan kebijakan ekonomi
dan penelitian dan mekanisme pelaksanaan AEC regional dan kapasitas
proyek.

4. Koordinat tanggapan untuk pertanyaan dari Anggota Negara dan sumber eksternal
sehubungan dengan kebijakan ekonomi ASEAN dan penelitian dan AEC regional
mekanisme pelaksanaan dan kapasitas kerja.

5. Menyiapkan bahan informasi dan publikasi lainnya untuk diseminasi publik
dan berkoordinasi dengan Kantor Urusan Masyarakat dalam mengatur program pada ekonomi
kebijakan dan penelitian dan mekanisme pelaksanaan AEC regional dan kapasitas
bangunan penting.

6. Monitor pengembangan kebijakan pembangunan ekonomi dan penelitian lainnya
badan (dalam maupun di luar wilayah), serta tren di regional dan
internasional masalah integrasi ekonomi.

7. Melakukan konsultasi dengan berbagai mitra dialog, termasuk Australia,
Jepang, Komisi Eropa, dan Amerika Serikat pada kebijakan ekonomi dan hal-hal penelitian.

a) Posisi ini akan bekerja sama, dimana tepat, dengan:
• Asisten Direksi, Pejabat Senior, Pejabat Teknis dan Teknis
Asisten di dalam dan di seluruh Divisi,

Minimum Kualifikasi, Keterampilan dan Pengalaman

Pendidikan

• Setidaknya gelar sarjana di bidang Ekonomi atau disiplin yang relevan; MA atau
setara lebih disukai.
Pengalaman
• Setidaknya lima tahun pengalaman yang relevan dengan catatan terbukti
prestasi dan eksposur berurusan dengan berbagai kebijakan ekonomi dan
penelitian isu-isu di tingkat nasional atau regional.

Teknis dan Manajerial

• Menunjukkan kemampuan analitis dan penelitian dalam masalah-masalah integrasi ekonomi;

Bagi pelamar berpendidikan S2 wajib melampirkan ijazah dan transkrip nilai jenjang S1.
Kualifikasi pendidikan sesuai dengan formasi yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi.
Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) yang dibuktikan dengan hasil test kemampuan bahasa inggris yang masih berlaku yang diterbitkan pada tanggal 1 Desember 2009 atau sesudahnya. Hasil Test yang diperbolehkan untuk dilampirkan adalah: EFT yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Bahasa dan Pendidikan Profesional (LBPP) LIA dengan nilai minimal: 400 untuk D3. 450 untuk S1 dan 475 untuk S2.

1. Manajer SPBU (Code: MSPBU)

Specific Criteria

Male, age max 35 years

Minimal S1

Experience working in retail outlets at least three years as chief / supervisor or one year as manager of retail outlets

2. Administrasi Keuangan & Umum (Code: ADKEU)

Specific Criteria

Male / female * age max 27 years
Minimum education D3, majoring in Accounting preferred
Experience working as an administrative or a minimum of one year cashier

3. Operator SPBU (Code: OPR)

Specific Criteria

25 years old male / female age max
Minimum high school education (SMA/K) and vocational and equal
Fresh Graduate / experienced
Able interesting

4. Staf MIS business Analyst (Code: MISBA)

Specific Criteria

Male, age max 30 years
Minimal S1
Minimum 1 year experience in the field of retail
Have knowledge of database systems
Have a strong analysis of the new system

5. Staff MIS Helpdesk (Code: MISHD)

Specific Criteria

Male, age max 30 years
Minimal S1
1 year experience in the field of retail systems
Have knowledge of database systems: MySQL, Server MS.SQL
Able to perform troubleshooting of hardware & software
Strong programming misconstrued one language: VB, C #,. NET and ASP.NET

6. Region Supervisor (Code: RS)

Specific Criteria

Male, age max 30 years
Minimal S1, preferably from the Department of Economics
Experience of at least 1.5 years in the Mini Market
Able to analyze data and create sales reports
Able to make presentation

General Criteria

Position No. 1,2,4,5 & 6: Mastering Microsoft Office
Position No. 1-3: To be placed in Jakarta, Lampung, Bogor, Cikarang, Tangerang, Padang, Serang, Cirebon and Jogjakarta
Position No. 4.5 & 6: To be placed in Jakarta
